"U-Um... Th-thank you but..." He swallowed nervously, unsure as to whether or not this was a good thing on his part. "I'm not really sure what to do..."
(OOC - So unambitious. :'D )

"What would you wish to do. Ask for anything that will please you." Her fingers lightly tapped on the side of the armrest to the throne.

"I.... Um.... I...." He could hear the tapping; She was probably getting impatient um... Eh... "Is... Is there maybe a book I could read..?" The goat was completely in over his head, trying to think of something on the spot in this situation.

The goddess waved her hand and the walls were suddenly lined with bookshelves stretching up into the unknown darknes above them.

Cato looked around in shock at the multitude of books around him, before looking back at the goddess with a bowed head. "T-Thank-you." Turning back to the books, he stared nervously, scanning titles. Eh.... Which one...

As Cato looked over them they seemed to shift and reform. Changing colors and titles. Ones that didn't seem interesting to him would suddenly change to comething else.

The goat grabbed his head as the books shifted. Ahhhhhhh there were ones showing up where he'd looked!!! Finally, he grabbed on titled 'The Cataclysm', hoping that it was actually an 'Ok' book.

Cade was only silently watching him. Right behind the goat boy a large fluffy chair appeared, and the book seemed almost warm in his hands.

Cato jumped as the chair appeared, and he turned to Cade to 'bow' again. "T-thank you..." She seemed... Nice if not a bit impatient, he thought to himself, taking a seat in the chair. He partially wondered what was in the book that warmed it however, and the boy opened it to the first page with shaky hands. What would he find...?

The pages of the book were blank, atleast at first. The words then formed upon it. 'You wish to know of the Cataclysm?'

He blinked, a look of surprise evident on his face before he nodded nervously. Whispering, almost to remind himself, he muttered, "Blood said he might be..." The rest of the words went without the need to say, and Cato waited for the book to have words on it, wondering if all of Cade's books were like this briefly.

The words faded away, and new ones took their place. 'You wish to know if he is truly your father? Do not be affraid, I can see into your deepest thoughts.' Then below it more words appeared. 'I can find ou for certain. But I need a sample.' Then something slipped out of the pages of the book. A tiny sewing needle.

Picking up the needle, he looked with slight suspicion. How would this...
Then again, if the books were like this... He took one of his gloves off, hooved fingers picking up the needle as he held it to his palm. Alright... One light scratch was all he needed right? Or was there something else?
...He didn't want to ruin the book if he was wrong after all...
(If he's right -which I'm pretty sure he is- just go with him pricking his palm.)

He nodded. And a drop of blood fell onto the page, the goat putting his glove back on soon after.
