He chose not to ask what the things in there were for- Maybe they were precious to her somehow. Instead, the goat continued looking around Blood as she filtered through the items.

Finally she stopped to examine something, a memory came back to her... That of a very perculiar human she had met, and killed... That second part was not important... she had not been able to control herself. She took out what appeared to be the biggest object in the chest, it was infact a rather old telescope, the legs to it were set up on her balcony, this was just the scope itself. She remembered when the man had come to her tower and asked if he could stand on the top balcony and look at the stars through it, she could not refuse and he did, he even showed her how to use the telescope herself. It had gotten very late and he asked if there was a place to stay the night... She couldn't refused... She lifted it up in both arms and turned to him and smiled. "What about this?"

Cato gasped. "Ooo... It's so..." Ahh... She was doing so much for him! "Th-Thank you!"

Blood smiled and brought it over to him. He'll go then won't he? A flash and then a boom killed her hope. She blinked and looked out the window at the sudden flash of lightning. Heavy rain was pouring down over the forest. Another boom. The sudden storm made her eyes widen with fear.

Cato looked out the window, pale. "Ahh... T-That's a big storm..." Storms were scary- He couldn't go outside to hide; The boys at the orphanage would be gathered into a single room, along with the girls. Whenever their caretaker went to do something, they would round on him too.
Sometimes, he would just run outside to hide somewhere safe there ... But this storm looked particularly harsh in all honesty. "It... But it was clear a few moments ago..." So confusing.. Like a bad omen really.

Blood went out to the window and looked out at the water and lightning and thunder... There was no wayshe could ask him to leave when there was a storm that bad... "It... It looks really bad out there."

He nodded, already feeling a chill from outside. "Y-Yea.."

"Do you..." She was trembling a little. "do you wish to stay here the night? Until the... Storm leaves?"

"E-Eh, really?" But... It seemed a bit... Nonetheless, Cato was thankful for the trouble. "Th-Thank-you!"

"I have a... Spare bed." She nodded to him. "Just on the floor above. It's always made and ready."

Cato was amazed- She was going through all this trouble... "Again, thank you!" He would likely hit himself over the head for doing this in the morning, but a part of Blood was reminding him of the caretaker back home-
He ran forward, wrapping his arms around her waist in a hug similar to what he would give said caretaker. "T-Thank you!"

Blood's eyes widened when he did that, a look of utter disbelief on her face. She gently placed a hand ontop of his head, looking very conflicted on what to say. "You're... Welcome Cato..."

(Should we time skip a bit here? Like until he's in bed or eating or something? )

Night had fallen, it was hard to tell with the big storm clouds over head, but she had a good grasp of time. The red hedgehog was sitting on a chair on her favorite balcony, that of the fifth floor. The balcony right above this was provided a good umbrella from the rain, sheltering her from the wetness. She watched the trees and their leaves shift and move under the relentless assault of water droplets.
