New Skins for the Site

I want some new skins. Right now the default is fine, but I deleted the other ones because I believe the image should be some original artwork and have the site's name on it.
As it is these are the Skins I am looking for.

The Sonic Skin
- Should of course include the Blue Hedgehog.
- perhaps include other characters like Tails, Knuckles, and Amy

The Shadow Skin
- Needs Shadow of course.
- Maybe include Rouge and Omega?

Dr Eggman Skin
- The doctor, either on his own or in some kind of machine.
- Maybe includes Metal Sonic, or the site characters Prototype and Ivan.

(Another option instead is a 'Dark' Characters skin that would include Eggman, Shadow, Rouge, Omega, and maybe some other character like Mephiles).

Team Eon (this is probably best left to Me, Tearany, or Tara)
- Control. Tearany, and Tara

If anyone else has some suggestions let me know. I would love to have some skins including the other characters on the site.

I'll make the Eon skin, but I don't trust myself with the Dark characters, mostly Eggman. xD

But first a question, how does one MAKE a skin? Is it just a picture at the top and colors change?

Make the picture, and then tell me the type of colors you want. And maybe make a background.
