I am not allowing demon characters unless under special circumstances. This is just so you know what the form for them is like.

Most of them you see on the normal character registration form, except for a couple changes.
"Title", every one of these beings has a title. Something to do with their goals or accomplishments.
"Form" is up instead of race. They are all demons and have no real race. Form is just the shape they take, what type of race they are copying the image of.
"Creator" means which of the three gods created them (Case, Cade, or Came).
