Appearance: Just under 3 feet in height, Ivan is a rusty brown in colour, with a more natural brown for his face and stomach. He's rather skinny for an echidna, and has otherwise normal hands by mobian standards (In other words, no knuckles. xD). He has fairly wide green eyes as well, but it isn't his normal appearance that is eye catching...
Ivan wears clothing nearly identical to Eggman! The jacket, gloves, and goggles match exactly, and though the small glasses could never hope to cover his eyes, those too match amazingly well. He wears boots that look similar to Eggman's 'boot/pants' as well, though he doesn't wear any pants, and his white socks are clearly visible around the ankles. Underneath his right sleeve however, is a watch like device that he uses when going into 'human only areas'- It creates an illusion around him that makes him look completely human.
This hologram has hair matching in colour to his fur, which is shoulder length like his quills, and gives him the same black boot/pants as the doctor himself. Which can bring interetsing conversations really...
Abilities: Physically weak and unable to run for long distances, Ivan can be considered a rather pitiful fan-boy. However, he is actually techno-kinetic. This ability means that technology will respond and build to his mere thought, often times when he isn't even aware of it. This makes it amazingly easy for him to literally run into Eggman's base- None of the robots shoot at him, because his unconcious thought tells them not to.
There are strange 'blasts' of this ability though; If pressured enough, or put into an position of extreme danger, a large blast of techno-instruction will burst from him, either successfully rewiring his target, or simply shorting everthing in the area out. It leaves him with a strange sense of robotic 'empathy'- What he feels, the machines 'feel', and so on. It also temporarilly increases his range of alteration for his ability, and affects his eyes- They are completely covered with eletctricity, rendering him completely blind.
Equipment: None really. Though occasionally he'll take a small back of scrap metal- He can create a floating platform with it. Ooooooooh...
Personality: Obsessive and far to optomistic for his own good, Ivan is the very definition of 'fanboy'. No matter what people tell him, no matter what Eggman himself tells him, he is determined to get either a picture, a signature... Anything really. Aside from that, there is more to Ivan than most (Read Eggman) would care to see. He's extremely naive for one (Heck, he fan-gasms over Eggman), and unless he actually sees something happen that proves what he refuses to believe, he will stick with what he thinks. He tends to stick with it stubbornly for quite a while before giving in though.
Also, he's extremely kind hearted, and rather thoughtful- Not only has he not once ever had a bad thought for someone he's met, let alone said something along those lines, when messing around with wiring and such, he tends to repair it to a point where the condition is better than it previously was. He makes friends a bit to easilly though for those reasons... It is not difficult to convince him to hep someone if the correct words are used, as well as some cleverly used actions. (You save a cat in front of this guy, he's sold.)
History: From as far back as Ivan can remember, the echidna was alone. No parents, no siblings, merely a large and empty forest. Wandering around said forest when he was scarcely more than two, Ivan managed to come across a fairly large robot built by a certain doctor Robotnik- A robot that promptly acted upon its code, which was 'destroy all intruders'.
Scared beyond anything, Ivan's ability activated for the first time, successfully re-wiring the robot before him and causing it to do something completely against its former code. Rather than attacking, it instead scooped the small echidna up, and chose to protect and help it. Said robot is still at Ivan's current home in fact... Talk about stolen equipment.
(It's the BEST. MOM. EVER. Seriously.)
Later, growing up, Ivan would discover that the one who created the robot was called Eggman, or 'Doctor Ivo Robotnik', and develop an imediate love for the man. Rather obsessively after entering Eggman's base for the first time at that; So many robots, and technology! And he built it all!
Other: Aside from the drone, Ivan used technokinesis to save a half-dead, non-mobian cat. Said cat acts like most cats, and tends to jump attack poor Ivan awake most mornings. Yaaaaaaaay hungry alarm clock cats....

OOC - Question! What model robot do you think that Ivan's 'mom' should be? I'm kinda stuck. :/ Just make sure it's not to big! A 20 foot tall robot would be very bad for example. :/
