"I wasn't technically 'created' per-say. I have done a poor job explaining it to you thus far. I apologize for that," Cryos replied. "Godesses and gods are greater beings. We are more so spawned from power and energy... Or so I think. I don't know as much as some of the older gods."

Kira shook her head, finally pulling a rather ancient old tome from her shelf and taking a seat on her chair again. "You misunderstand me. By create, I merely require to know whose energy was required for your birth. The soul in itself, after all, can not truely be created except by a select few of the gods. And none of these have ever required a seal of sorts..." If Cryos, however, did not specifically name one of the ancient two, she was in the clear. Although, she would likely not enjoy aiding a creation of hers if the time came to be... 'Deathsong' was not one to be involved with on any level.

"Ah," she replied as if distracted. Contemplating, it she shook her head. She didn't know. "I apologize then but I have no answer to your inquiry. "If you're speaking of the three gods of chaos while I am old enough to know who they are, I doubt they were involved in my creation. Other wise I would be acknowledged as a child of one of them rather than a goddess myself."

Kira smiled slightly. "That is all I needed to know. Now.." She opened her book, flipping through until she found a faded image of the key that Cryos held. "You say that neither yourself nor your yang are able to remove this key?" The text beneath it was rather odd in appearance, and likely a different language at that. "I believe that I may have seen seal similar in making... While I cannot likely remove the ring containing the shard of the crystal you speak of, at least not without the other shards, I may be able to remove at least this one."

While it was true that Cryos could easily have interpreted at least the origin- if not the meaning- of the language due to her status as a demi-goddess and her sheer age, she opted out of it. Whatever it said did not concern her. What did was that Kira said she could remove the key. This interested her.
"If you can remove it... What is the process? I mean what is it going to entail?"

An oddly creepy smile was the response sent back, Kira gesturing a sleeve at the text in the book. "That, I am afraid, is something unknown to all who are unable to read the language of the gods." (OOC - You do some plot directing now neh? )

(no problemo! ) Cryos put down her tea with the chink noise that a cup makes when it hits a table's surface and picked up the book. Immediately her eyes flicked over the page and she smirked. Well this was certainly new. She hadn't seen the language in a long while but she was rather pleased to find she was still fluent in it. "Whence darkness falls, May light reflect, Renewing all life." She mumbled under her breath. She cleared her throat then looked to Kira. "It's a poem... Basically it says that the darkness will be contained in the light- which I assume is Akilah in my case- while the light is suppressed by the darkness. In other words I can overshadow her and appear as I do now but she is in turn what binds me in place. The key apparently represents our joined or 'locked' selves."

"So it is a case of soul release then..." Kira appeared to speak more to herself than to Cryos at the moment, but quickly returned her attention to the client.
"There is a ceremony that can split the soul- It takes the yin and yang, in their balanced state, and divides them into two seperate beings. It can also be used in some cases to create a body for a second soul, as a more peaceful solution to possesion... However... There should be a lock matching that key on the next page- I doubt that those who 'created' you would make it so easy to escape such bonds."

"A lock to match the key...?" Cryos asked out loud, wondering. She skimmed the page some more. "It does not mention a lock. Then again it should not. The gods would not want that secret of escape so easily found." Especially not for me. she added, reminding herself her imprisonment had been forced upon her. She assumed it was jealousy but she had no reason to do so.
She turned the page as Kira directed and glanced over it again. "...The page is faded."

Kira frowned. Faded? Coming over, she skimmed the revealed words before sighing. So that was it then- The spirits were bringing impressions in the paper to view, made when the book was first printed. Without saying a word, she walked over to her bookshelf again, pulling a few thngs out and walking back.
"You will find," she said as she placed a thin wooden plank beneath the page and a blank sheet of paperover top of it, "That the simplest of actions can reveal the impossible." With that, she grabbed a pencil and scribbled over the blank sheet continusly, the impressions of the text remaining clear and white as the rest of the pagedarkened.

Cryos carefully watched over the paper as the markings appeared. After all she was the one who could decipher the strange language. She smiled very slightly. "Hmm... Well This is certainly interesting."
(short post. I just wanted to get this thread moving again, sorry Usagi!)

Kira's odd smile seemed to grow. "Interesting? Well then... Do tell what the language reads- After all, it could very well be vital to your cause."
(I FORGIVE YOUUUUUU)

"It states that the darkest of all beings be enclosed in the light to enhance inner ability. Stripped of all strength and tossed to the tide of the mortal coil, this is the punishment for usurping the natural order within gods an goddesses." Cryos stated. Her tone sounded grim. "It's an accusation. An explanation what you have to do to be in my situation... but I have never usurped the order."

The bat blinked, feeling over the pages again. "How interesting... I have refused to become involved and yet there are those who wish us to..." She closed the book, putting it back on the shelf before taking her seat again. "Well then... Perhaps we will find out answers elsewhere... The object you were sealed within... What country was it held in?"

"The crystal? Or the shards of it that remain? The shards no longer properly exist for they have long since been scattered. However, the original whole stone that held me was within a temple. I don't know the country as I never had need to but Akilah would know it."
