Name: M-05
Gender: Originally built to have a male persona... But the 'ghost' is actually female. xD
Race: 'Awakened' Robot (More on the 'Ghost in the Machine' below.) (Specifically, Mark 5 of the Swatbot series.)
Age: Functioning for approx. 13-14 years.
Apperance: Nearly dentical in appearance to the early humanoid forms of swatbot, there are a few key changes between M-05 and 'her' other 'siblings'. For one, to calm Ivan when he was younger, M-05's voice sounds quite a bit like a human woman's. Also, the lights that function as her eyes are a blue rather than a blinding red. Over the years M-05's metal and cables have been exposed to the elements, and Ivan has been more than happy to replace small pieces of key hardware... But the only other outward appearance change is that the metal seems to shine a bit more brilliantly due to constant care. (Not to mention the fact that it is a stronger steel..)
Abilities: Wireless abilities including 'calls', hacking, and etc, though M-05 also has access to a few laser guns, located within her arms.
Equipment: Aside from herself? None. xD
Personality: Most robot's wouldn't have a personality, at least aside from a 'wired' one. However, events that occurred due to Ivan's first meeting with the robot triggered a rare thing called 'The Ghost in the Machine'- In which a collection of data and codes formulate into what is actually known as a soul, granting a consciousness and personality. M-05's personality is very much comparable to a young mother. While overprotective, and often quite harsh with her punishment, she only wants what's best for Ivan... However, she can sometimes go a bit to far with this, and is rather snippy and violent to threats against her 'little spark'.
She does have a very logical side thankfully (Most likely due to the wireless connection to the wondrous internet), and knows when she can't do anything at all. But... If she there is even the slightest chance she can right a wrong in her mind, she won't hesitate to formulate a plan to do so. She's quite crafty...
History: Before meeting Ivan, M-05 was like all other swatbots that Eggman had created. 13 years ago, the robot had been ordered to stand guard outside one of the doctor's older bases, and to eliminate anything that came within sight if it was not a) Another robot or b) the doctor himself.
It was at this post that a young echidna, scarcely more than two, accidentally wandered into the area. Before any shots were fired however, the small boy released a wave of energy, and with it came emotions of fear, sadness, loneliness... And as the wave passed, M-05 found herself wondering some very interesting things. What was she doing? Was a small creature such as this a threat? Why did she even follow that 'Eggman' anyway... Deciding not to shoot the small echidna before her, she instead chose to go by the boy's unconscious wishes- Protection, love... She took up the position of raising and protecting the boy as a son, deep within the jungles near that ruin...
Other: M-05 is a play on the word 'Mom'; The number 5 represents the letters 'k','l', and 'M' on a phone.
