Control grunted as he awkwardly opened the door while carrying the unconscious Tearany fireman style. He had insisted on doing so. One entered they were greeted once more (though the first time for Tara) by the hedgehog robot Swift. "You have returned Control... I see Tearany has met with misfortune. Might I be updated on what happened?" His yellow eyes turned to Tara. "And the title of guest number two?"

Tara bowed her head. She brushed some hair into place and flashed a fanged smile to the robot. "Pleased to meet you. I'm Tara, vampire hedgehog extraordinaire." Perhaps a bit more introduction than needed but it was fun to say anyway. She looked to Tearany and pouted. "...Do you think she'll be okay, Control? She's not looking too good."

Tearany moaned and started squirming, trying to figure out where she was and who was holding her. "Ah...Ah...m o-kay." She said weakly, looking over at Control. "Con-trullll...is...warmm..."

Smiling, Tara sighed. Some acknowledgment was good. "I'm glad to hear it then..." She couldn't help but giggle at the comment about Control. "He's fluffy... No offense, Control."

Control rolled his eyes, he went over and tried to set Tearany down in a chair. "Yes I'm fluffy, it's hard to get a reputation as a hardcore mercenary when you've got a pillow dragging behind you everywhere." He was of course referring to his tail, which was considerably more fluffy than that of the average wolf.
"I presume you will be commencing sleep within the grounds, miss Tara?" Swift inquired.

Tara stuck out her tongue in a teasing manner. She was about to reply to Control when Swift spoke. She looked to the robotic hedgehog and shrugged. "I suppose... whenever I sleep anyway. It's better than chilling in the park all night. Depends if I'm allowed. Up to Control and Tearany really."

"It is Control's decision." He looked to the wolf. "What? Oh, yeah, yeah. It's fine." Control nodded.

Tearany curled up in a tight hedgehog ball in the seat of the chair and fell asleep.

Control sighed and sat down in another chair, watching the purple ball of fur and spikes. Swift turned towards the door. "I shall prepare a room then."

Tara nodded appreciatively. "Thanks." She turned to Control with an exhausted, but friendly, sort of expression. "You know you'd better remind me I owe you later when I can pay you back. Not everybody offers a vampire a room... By the way nice job in the fight back there."

"You don't have to repay me anything. This place has more than enough rooms." Control scratched at behind his ear, his tail was wagging slightly. "I work for G.U.N as a mercenary, I've trained in fighting for a lot of my life... They send me out on missions considered too 'dangerous' for humans, I've tangled with demons like that before."

At the sound of the word 'human', Tara's back and muscles tensed. Her whole body went rigid until she forced herself to relax. "Sounds like an interesting field of work."

Swift came back shortly. "Room is ready." He announced out loud and nodded to Tara. Following after him a small gray Chao strolled into the room. It had feathery wings that were colored like fire and its feet were like talons. It took a look at Control, then at Tearany and Tara. It glared at the guests.

"Thank you." she said politely to Swift.
The vampire blinked, her eyes flashing bright red at the sight of the Chao. It was just another thing that could set her off. Still she found this one intriguing. It was different. "You didn't tell me you had a Chao around here..."

"Flare? I don't see the point in doing so, she usually avoids guests." Control looked to the gray Chao that had just flown up onto the couch. "She's never really been a problem."
