"All we can do after we clean it is bind it together." She poured more water over his wing. "So that it can heal in its own time."

He nodded. Spode winced slightly as the cold water seeped through his feathers and into the wounds there. Blood and dirt stained his white feathers gray but at least they were starting to become their proper colour. "Right. Thanks again, Ra." He smiled.

Radom smiled back and nodded. Then stood and went to find the proper vines to bind his wing. Not wanting to go too far from where she had left Spode however.

"Y'know I can't help but feel lucky. I don't know what I would've done without your help Radom. There has to be some way I can thank you?"

Radom shifted through a thick gathering of vines on a tree, searching for ones undamaged. "I don't think there really is." She answered with a shrug. "There's nothing I need."

Thinking for a moment he ran a hand over his wings. A loose feather came of in his hand, the black tip being slightly damaged from the fall but still intact. "Well... you can at least have this. Then if you ever do need something I'm right there."

Out of sight of Spode she created a small blade to help with the cutting of the vines. It dissapeared quickly before she turned around. Gathering the one she choose up in her arms she approached him again. "What do you mean?"

His hand, still without a glove, glowed a light blue. "You didn' think I could fly long distances all on my own did you?" Spode made a small cyclone on his palm to prove his point. "Wind can carry messages and I can control the wind. So long as you care to hold onto the feather you can get me a message any time. All you have to do is whisper to it and the wind will take me your words."

Radom dropped the vines and hesitantly took the feather from him. After examining it for a moment she packed it away with the Chaos Emerald. "Thank you..."

He nodded. "You're welcome. It's just a little bit of a pathetic excuse for a gift but I promise if you're ever in trouble I'll do my best to get there to help you, okay?"

Radom nodded and smiled. "Thank you Spode, I will not misuse this gift." She picked back up the vine again, needing something to distract her from what had just happened. "This will hurt a bit."

"I can' take a li'l pain." He said with a smile. Always smiling. It seemed Spode was one to keep the mood light even when he was about to be hurt despite the good ending of his wing being repaired. He clenched his teeth and extended the wing as well as he could so she would have more room to work. Interestingly enough the Dingo had a true albatross's wingspan but smaller to fit his body. It seemed his creator had at least been nice enough to solve the issue of the six foot span to being proportional. The scientist had done the same for Ulrich and his wings as well as Archer and her sparrow wings.

Radom took careful time looking through his wing to make sure they had gotten out all the blood and anything else that would be a problem, then after dipping the vine in the water she slowly and carefully bound the wing together again.

Spode screwed his eyes shut. He knew it'd be over but the pressing of the bones against the vines slowly sent little shock waves all through his body. All he could do to keep from shaking was to imagine something else in an attempt to distract himself.
"There you are Spode, good as new!" an old man announced, giving Spode a pat on the shoulder. The dingo didn't really respond. He just nodded his head lazily as if in a dream. Moving from the table, he stood beside two other canine-bird hybrids. His siblings.
Confused where the memory came from, a whimper escaped Spode's throat. Who was he remembering exactly? He recognized Ulrich and Archer immediately but for whatever reason everything else was blurry to him.

Radom finished and stepped back away from him, hearing the whimper she was afraid she had hurt him. "I'm sorry, I didn't pull it too tightly did I?"
