"So..." Talon looked to Fang. "You are a... A copy of another raptor? A doppelganger?"

Fang paused, confused by her question for a moment. "No. Not quite. I'm still a unique individual. Only my appearance- my DNA, my genes- are copied. I still grew up as me and not another being. If that makes any sense?"
(probably only makes sense to Issil xD)

"They are making fake raptors here." Talon snorted, her tail lashed behind her. "Issil your times are very strange, if they cannot just let my species stay dead..." She glared at Fang a moment, her eyes focusing hard on his. "I thought I had met raptors again, that I was not the last one any more. You are not a raptor, you smell and look like one but the rest of you is different."

(Owch. Talon that one hurt...)
Fang snarled. His eyes narrowed. "Who are you to call me fake? You don't know me at all!" He was upset. Quite clearly. He had to keep himself in check... to avoid dropping into a fighting position. After all she seemed powerful and clearly she was a nutter: one hell of an unstable nutter if she insulted him so deeply.
Issil didn't like where this was going. If it continued to escalate... Case I think we may end up with a situation on our hands...

"I have seen these hairless apes fight, it is pitiful and they cannot match up to savagery of my species." Talon lowered herself, a growl low in her throat. "Do you fight as a hairless ape, or as a raptor? Can you prove to me that it is the blood of my people running inside you?"

Fang dropped himself into a lowered fighting position. "I fight as an honorable raptor who does not take kindly to insults. Let us prove to your insolent mind that I can match up to expectation. Fight me, Blade Daughter."

Do not interfere Issil. This has to happen. Case's voice whispered in his head.
Talon's nails clicked on the smooth floor and she made the first move, launching herself immediately into a jump attack against Fang. Both feet claws aimed for him.

...I'll try not to. Still I'm worried. Talon is faster than me and I will admit stronger most likely. How will this 'Fang' stand up to her? he replied, stepping back a bit to watch. He didn't want to get caught in the thick of the fight.
Fang let out a roar and grabbed her foot, careful to keep the elongated claws from digging into him. He twisted it to the side then ducked and dodged to the side a bit to give himself room to react. He lashed out with his tail. Though the spikes down his back were relatively flexible, the quick whipping motion could at least do some damage.

Talon wrapped her legs around his tail and pulled him down to the ground with her. She tried to pull herself above him where she could get the advantage, while also trying to keep him close.

Lifting up his knees to keep space between them, Fang kicked upwards. His feet would meet her stomach if she wasn't careful. The fight was silent as far as words but he punctuated his actions with snarls and growls. After all, a simple yell improved a human's power by a significant amount... so it was no surprise it could do the same for a raptor who was much stronger.

Talon was kicked away from him, but she landed upright and was prepared for a counterattack again. She waited though for him to get onto his feet again.

Fang flipped up onto his feet, defensively circling Talon. His teeth were bared in a snarl, upper lip simply curled. His talons were extended and ready. She was more skilled than most of his opponents, he'd admit it, but she would not win if he could avoid it.

Talon rushed at him again, deeking to the left at the last possible moment, she swung her leg aimed in a kick for his head.

Ducking beneath her leg and coming up under it, Fang held her leg in a locked position on his shoulder. She couldn't bend the joint and any escape would lead to the joint either popping out and hurting horribly or the leg breaking. Still the fight was not over...

She hissed, hoping on one foot she put enough force into the last hop to swing her other leg over his other shoulder and twisted her whole body to try and knock him off his feet.
