It was as the helicopter was flying over Westopolis that the group started to get mobile. Ember stood out by the door first while the others were a little more relaxed.
Inferno looked over at Kitty. "He's going to fly low near a tall building. We jump while we're over it."

Kitty nodded. She was sure escape would have been fine and dandy... but she wouldn't leave that Chaos Emerald with Ember. They knew she wouldn't. Her wings flared open. "It's just a bitty jump. No big deal." Truthfully she never liked jumping out of planes. Fortunately she had no fear of heights thanks to her wings.

Ember 'hmmph'ed and steped out of the plain, landing on her feet from the five foot jump to the rooftop effortlessly. Haze and Inferno followed, Ember and Inferno looked up at the helicopter waiting for Kitty to follow while Haze seemed uninterested.

Kitty took a flying leap. Her wings snapped open and despite how it hurt from the sudden drag putting a pressure on her wing joints, she landed smoothly in a gliding motion in near silence. It was a nice display and showed she knew how to at least be silent despite how signature her appearance was.

Silently, Kitty replied with a quick nod. She folded her wings close to make it easier to enter the door and followed him inside. Still she was on her toes and prepared.

Inferno led the way, then Kitty, with Ember and Haze following behind them. The building seemed to be an old run down hotel They went down the many staircases, and heading to the bottem. They didn't meet anyone else on their way.

Kitty narrowed her eyes, glancing around. Her sharp feline senses caught most of what was going on around her but she still disliked the stairs and such. This couldn't be good. At least not for her, right? Still she continued onward just behind the hedgehog. An old hotel eh? Weird.

They went all the way to the bottem of the building, and then into the basement. They stopped when they reached a large dark door that was partially hidden behind boxes, and had a very large lock. Inferno went up to it and completely ignoring the lock spoke. "Open." And after a moment's pause it did. Leading into what looked like a ordinary, if large, living room. Complete with sofa, television and even a small bookshelf.

Kitty was mildly impressed by the door that responded to a voice command. They weren't very advanced tech but it was interesting in an old place like this. She noted the living room. Still, defiantly, she strolled over and placed herself on the couch. She watched Inferno and his team carefully, tracking their every move.

She smirked, rolling her eyes. She found it amusing Ember found her to be such a threat. They had nothing she wanted to take... well not entirely true. She could stand to have some tech on her side but that didn't warrant a robbery. What she really wanted was one thing: Her damn Chaos Emerald's return.

"The safe will be locked, it's impossible to break into." Inferno said and then dissapeared away into one of the rooms. Ember rolled her eyes and sat down in a chair.
Haze motioned to Kitty as he passed her and headed to another room.

Kitty let out a hiss of frustration. Still the motion from Haze peaked her curiosity. She stood up gracefully and followed, heading into the other room as well. Her mind couldn't help but wander back to Inferno though. He and Ember seemed different than Haze.

Haze lead her into what appeared to be a bedroom, it was devoid of almost anything however though. There was a bed, a closet, and a dresser. That appeared to be it. Haze motioned to the bed and then went over to the closet, opening it revealed it was full of hooks with small red shard shaped gems on thread hanging from the hooks.
