Cade... The name echoed in her mind. She had heard of the darker goddess before on her travels. Did Haze really serve such a poorly viewed entity? ...Why?

You may have my bed, I doubt Ember will want to share her room with you. She does not like thieves she considers unskilled.

At that Kitty clenched her fists. "Unskilled? Ooooo. She's going to GET it if I ever get a freakin' chance!" Her words were punctuated by a venomous hiss. She was not very partial to insults. "Hmph..."

You would be wise to be cautious, Ember may use stealth as her prefered form of dealing with opposition. But she is a skilled swordswoman.

The feline looked away with a huff. She forced herself to relax before she looked back at Haze. "Short from handing over the Chaos Emerald and letting me go back to my life, nothing. I'm sorry. ...You'd be moody too if you were mad at yourself for getting in the situation I currently find myself thrust into."

Kitty's ears sort of laid back flat as she let out a sharp hiss. "I don't serve anyone..." Still he relaxed and her demeanor softened. Haze kept mentioning this goddess and it intrigued her. She always teamed up with people for her own advantage... would it be so bad following the idea of serving a goddess?

After all she stole very valuable items for a living and that certainly didn't do much for her. "What would I have to do to accept?"
